We offer a 365-day warranty on the complete unit and a 180-day warranty on core components. We maintain an ample stock of spare parts.
When the EmssRobot stair climber operates on stairs, is there any risk of slipping or loss of control?
No, it will not. The product is equipped with an intelligent automatic braking system and a gearbox brake.
A1: Activate the brake before descending; the braking mechanism will automatically engage as the unit descends onto each step.

It is suitable for the vast majority of straight, gently sloped, and spiral staircases (regardless of material, including concrete, wood, marble, etc.).
