Refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy. For returns not due to quality issues, the customer will bear all costs incurred due to the return.

All returns must be completed within 15 days of receipt (depending on the product).

You must return the purchased item in its original packaging within 15 days (depending on the product). The item must be unused and resaleable to qualify for a refund, deducting any restocking fees and shipping costs (restocking fees vary between 20% and 35% depending on the manufacturer).

Restocking Fee

Please note that the restocking fee is calculated at the original price. If your order had a specific discount, the restocking fee will still be calculated at the original price.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that while many of our products offer free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred if you need to return the item.

You will also need to pay for the shipping cost to return the product to our warehouse.

Return Authorization

You must contact us before sending the returned item back, as we need to provide you with a special return address. Please do not return returned items to the original shipping address.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that electrical appliances and custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Since some of our products are made to order, you may need to confirm if this applies before ordering.

Clearance items and defective items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Items priced below $50 are also ineligible for refunds, as deducting shipping (round trip) and restocking fees will typically result in a zero or negative balance.

Cancelled Orders

For cancelled orders that have not yet entered production: We will refund the full amount, but a 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted (the same applies to PayPal and Amazon Pay).

Even with a refund, our credit card processor will charge us a 3% processing fee (this is the case for most credit card processors).

Once the item enters production or cannot be recalled due to shipping procedures, a standard replenishment fee (and the return exceptions mentioned above) will apply.

Customer Satisfaction

We value your satisfaction and want you to be satisfied with every interaction with us—not only your purchase experience but also any return process you may encounter.

Please call us before returning any item so we can properly replace or refund it for you.

Exclusions

EmssRobot's warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, modification, accidental damage, or use for normal consumer purposes not authorized in the current EmssRobot product manual.

• Repairs attempted by unauthorized organizations.

• Any product purchased through an online auction house.

• The EmssRobot warranty does not cover the battery cells unless you fully charge the battery pack within seven days of purchase and charge it at least once every six months thereafter.
