When the EmssRobot stair climber operates on stairs, is there any risk of slipping or loss of control?
No, it will not. The product is equipped with an intelligent automatic braking system and a gearbox brake.
A1: Activate the brake before descending; the braking mechanism will automatically engage as the unit descends onto each step.
A2: Thanks to the precise gear meshing within the worm gear reducer, a mechanical self-locking function ensures the machine remains firmly locked in place on the stairs—even in the event of a power failure—eliminating any risk of sliding backward.
Is the EmssRobot stair climber suitable for all types of stairs? Are there any limitations?
It is suitable for the vast majority of straight, gently sloped, and spiral staircases (regardless of material, including concrete, wood, marble, etc.).
